SalaryJob Summary:
PART TIME 15 HRS/WEEK, hybrid position. You would help with billing, therapist insurance credentialling, and other duties. Flexible schedule. Training available.
Duties:
- Assist our Billing Manager with aging (Accounts Receivable) by researching unpaid claims, and resubmitting or disputing rejections. We are willing to train you to do this task.
-Assist in the credentialing process for therapists. We will train you.
-Other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of medical office experience
- Proficiency in using office software and familiarity with one electronic medical records system (eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft, Epic, TheraNest etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
-Team player with a cheerful attitude.
PsyCare Solutions Inc. is a warm and friendly mental health practice. We have comfortable offices and are close to transportation. We have been in practice for over 25 years.
Hybrid position : 5-8 hours in the office and the other hours can be from home. We are flexible about your schedule.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
