The HCG Institute is a telemedicine practice that specializes in providing services such as medical weight loss (Wegovy etc.), hormone replacement, peptides, and more. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with experience in sales and Customer Service to receive inbound calls and maintain patient relationships. Experience in the medical industry is ideal but NOT necessary as we will train.
Prospective applicants must have a pleasant disposition, English fluency is a MUST, and writing competency required. No cold sales calls, all leads have contacted us for information.
Payment:
- Paid training
- Hourly compensation is negotiable, based on experience. Monthly bonus if sales goals are met
Hours:
- 20-30 hours weekly, paid twice monthly. Late afternoon to 8 pm especially needed
Tasks:
- Field and respond to member inquiries primarily via telephone and email
- Guiding patients through onboarding, product education, and general troubleshooting
- Drive conversion by educating leads on products, pricing, and onboarding questions
- Responding to emails from patients and leads
- Processing orders with the opportunity for additional up-sell
- Following up with leads for required documentation
- Communicate accordingly for any prescription issues
- Provide a friendly, informative experience for all patients
Requirements:
- Home office with reliable broadband internet
- Experience in Customer Service, administrative support, sales, etc
- Must be available long term and ready to start immediately
- Must be serious, dependable, organized, and dedicated
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong computer skills
- Upbeat/positive/enthusiastic tone
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Medical experience is preferable, but not required
- Ability to work with a team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
