Resonant Sciences LLC has an immediate opening for a Materials Management Logistics Manager to join our Dayton, Ohio team. The position provides an opportunity to join a fast- paced elite team whose primary mission is to support our Nation's War Fighters. The candidate will have an opportunity to be a member of a world-class team consisting of talented and dedicated engineers, technicians and professionals who work together to interrupt and challenge the status quo to design and develop state-of-the-art technologies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems to enhance functional processes
- Inventory Location Control Management
- Maintain the Stockroom to ensure Safety, organization and cleanliness
- Transfer and Maintain Inventory levels within the system
- Quarterly Inventory Cycle counts and Yearly Physical Inventory
- Manage Receipts of all Incoming Inventory
- Expired Material Management
- Schedule and Establish Inbound/Outbound shipments with cost-effective freight carriers
- Troubleshoot Shipment Issues that arise
- Heavy lifting may be required at times
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma and 3 years’ experience in a related field
- Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels.
- Must be eligible to obtain and/or maintain a Secret Clearance.
- Must be US Citizen
- Must be able to operate a Forklift
