The role:
This Quality Services (QS) position is responsible for aseptically sampling raw materials and the inspection of packaging materials for use in production while following all internal procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs). Position in located at our West Chester DC.

What you will do:
Major Responsibilities will include:
- Adhering to all GMP and safety precautions as outlined by the Kao Cincinnati Plant Leadership via written procedures and safety standards (i.e., SDS).
- Sample raw materials aseptically per internal sampling procedure and prepare for testing by Quality Services lab.
- Complete packaging material inspections and dispositions as needed.
- Review and maintain documentation associated with incoming raw material and packaging (as needed) shipments.
- Communicate non-conforming work to QS Leadership and suppliers, when necessary.
- Comply with all established good documentation practices.
Minor Responsibilities will include:
- Write, edit, and review SOPs and other technical documents.
- Training and mentoring other Quality Management personnel.
What you will need:
- Associate's degree or higher, preferably in chemistry or biology and/or relevant experience in a technical area with 0-2 years of quality experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
- Individual must be willing to work OT, when necessary, to support production.
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires the ability to remain flexible and organized to in an environment of shifting priorities.
A reasonable pay range is $20/hr. - $25/hr.
