Position Overview: Location: Sidney, OH preferred (Salt Lake City, UT or remote is negotiable)

We are looking for an experienced Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Fleet Manager to provide the highest level of support to our customers. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of strategic accounts, including but not limited to daily communication, project tracking, maintenance invoice review, invoicing, and customized customer reporting. This position will report to the VP – Asset Management. We are looking for a very detail-oriented and highly organized individual, as well as someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment and is adept at working with numbers, with expertise in Material Handling Equipment and its related maintenance.

Essential Duties:

• Responsible for managing equipment and vendor relationships
• Revise and develop the reporting process to demonstrate business results and monitor maintenance activities
• Review, analyze, and report maintenance invoices
• Track and maintain new asset deliveries with vendors
• Develop and enhance reporting for specific account KPI’s and fleet management services
• Support End-of-Lease projects
• Ensure Merrimak maintains and/or expands upon its position as the preferred partner within the client account through excellent customer service
• Oversee and manage all day-to-day customer interactions and processes

Education & Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of MHE Fleet management or related equipment across multiple locations
• Financial, contract execution, and management experience
• Experience in MHE Aftermarket sales and service
• Equipment and parts product support, customer service, and sales
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and reporting/analytic tools (Salesforce)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations Management or similar preferred

Additional Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to compose, proofread and edit with accuracy
• Ability to recognize and prioritize with strong time management skills
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the flexibility to adapt to constant change
