Job Description Summary:
Krystal Biotech, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Materials Coordinator. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for inventory management as well as provide general support to the manufacturing and laboratory teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory of warehouse materials
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Work with vendors and/or QA to reconcile issues
- Administrative duties
- General sanitation support
- Lifting and loading of boxes and other materials up to 40lbs
Requirements & Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years relevant industry experience, or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, experience in a GMP or lab setting a plus
- Highly self-motivated, flexible, proactive, able to follow through in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment, and proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- A demonstrated understanding of inventory management and vendor maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with many different types of personalities at all levels of the organization
- A demonstrated self-starter who regularly takes initiative
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
