RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Outbound calling for insurance quote generation. Typically this is done by calling leads that come through online.
- Marketing out of the office by visiting neighboring businesses to drop off gifts and mention our business.
- Contacting existing customers to support the customer service overflow for document collection.
- Have an outgoing personality.
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Hourly plus commission/bonus
