Responsibilities:
- File and maintain office documents and records
- Assist with calendar management for outcoing jobs and projects.
- Provide customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in project coordination is a plus
- Knowledge of event planning is an advantage
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication
- Previous experience as an office clerk or administrative assistant is preferred
