Skills Required
- Do you have at least two years’ experience as a dispatcher in the home services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Pest Control, Etc.)?
- The ability to laugh at yourself as well as others! We like to keep the humor light around here and this is a must-have trait.
-Can you cheerfully and clearly communicate with clients without using the words “no, can’t, and won’t”?
-Do have a knack for multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize service calls based on the available resources and urgency?
-Required computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred computer skills: FieldEdge, XOI Technologies, Profit Rhino, and Quickbooks

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee a dispatch board, schedule and organize our field staff’s dispatches
· Make follow-up “happy calls” after services are performed so ensure we exceeded the clients expectations.
· Logistics coordination including making sure any needed materials are picked up and returned before and after jobs are started/completed
· Knowing where our field staff is at all times and making sure they arrive on time and that no one is left behind at the end of the day.
· Selling maintenance agreements
