Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to oversee and execute strategic marketing campaigns that align with TruGreen's brand messaging while driving performance and achieving key business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing fully integrated multi-channel campaigns, optimizing performance, and ensuring creative materials resonate with our target audiences.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business goals across a mix of digital and traditional channels.
  • Ensure all campaign creative materials align with TruGreen's brand guidelines, messaging, and values while maintaining consistency across various touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development and management of the campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with overarching marketing and business strategies.
  • Manage external agencies and partners, providing clear briefs, overseeing campaign development, and ensuring deliverables are on brand, on time, and on budget.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to assess campaign performance, make data-driven decisions, and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including media, content, retention and product to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.
  • Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.

Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record with 3+ years managing marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to ensure creative assets align with brand messaging.
  • Strong understanding of media channels and ad formats
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking combined with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and experience working collaboratively with development teams.
  • Articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels, with both internal stakeholders and external partners

Pay Ranges
$65,979.00 - $109,965.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
