Description
The Program Manager, Social Media position will elevate QualDerm Partners and our 158 associated practices' Social Media strategy. The role is responsible for the growth and development of our Social Media pages; including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter. Will work directly with the creative team, VP of Marketing, and Community Manager to drive business growth. Success measures include KPIs such as Ecommerce sales, website traffic, new subscribers and followers, and new patient appointments scheduled.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develop Social Media campaigns for both regional and local offices, as well as the global QualDerm family of brands.
•Define brand standards and content creation methodologies for business divisions (medical, cosmetic, retail).
•Partner with VP of Marketing to define KPIs for Social Media campaigns.
•Update Social Media content across all channels, partnering with creative and community for collaboration and alignment.
•Partner with Community Manager to engage with customers and followers and provide a strong customer and patient experience.
•Use Social Media marketing tools such as Hootsuite to schedule and house content.
•Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained.
•Monitor social traffic attribution and web traffic metrics.
•Establish relationships and business partnerships with Social Media influencers to develop a strong network for Ecommerce and cosmetic opportunities.
•Develop content and partner with copywriters and content planning platforms.
•Partner with data team to review data and KPIs to make strategic enhancements in an agile function.
•Communicate effectively to all relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
•Partner with our local practices to develop local, custom-branded Social Media campaigns to drive brand equity at the local level.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in marketing or digital marketing preferred.
•5-7 years prior experience as a Social Media manager or a similar role
•Experience in crafting and executing Social Media strategies a must, in a Healthcare company - a major plus!
•Knowledge of best practices for Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.
•Familiarity with influencer marketing, Writer's Access and Hootsuite preferred.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Strong organizational skills required.
