As a Sr. Manager L&D Leader, you will lead a team to deliver world class learning programs leveraging innovative learning technologies that are experiential, drive behavior change, and increase performance of Amazon managers within our global business.
We are seeking a talented and creative program leader in the Learning & Development Content space to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for producing engaging and informative content across various platforms. This role involves creating written and visual content, managing content calendars, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate stays up-to-date with industry trends and incorporates best practices into content creation while developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals. This person will oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms through managing a high-functioning team of content creators.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the L&D leader content team to design and deliver various modalities and content solutions for the programs and learning experiences that accelerate Amazon's ability to be Earth's Best Employer.
- Partner with Senior leadership, external Amazon teams, as well as Global Learning and Development (GLD) teams to continuously assess content industry trends and incorporate best practices.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development leaders and on-boarding teams to execute content strategies to support manager knowledge and development on key items.
- Drive strategies to develop best-in-class personalized learning experiences for managers that enable transformative growth and development at all levels of our organization.
- Be a leader on learning industry trends to foster greater design and delivery innovation and efficiency, as well as learning impact and learner accessibility.
- Partner with and amplify Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts and ensure Amazon is an inclusive place for everyone.
- Evaluate the business impact of content in relation to programs through use of performance metrics/trends and present these metrics to leadership.
