The Global Marketing Channels team is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to support digital marketing campaign execution on the Ads platform. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about digital marketing, resourceful, and comfortable with managing deadlines to deliver high-quality Facebook Ads campaigns. You will need to be detail-oriented, manage multiple campaigns at once, and rapidly earn trust and credibility with cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Individuals will support day-to-day Ads campaigns execution to support large scale globe launches for internal marketing programs.
- Campaign execution includes campaign setup, QA, and troubleshooting to meet deadlines.
- Passionate about digital marketing, resourceful, and comfortable with quick turnaround time for campaign execution requests.
- Experience executing large scale global ads campaigns independently
- Efficiently execute assigned tasks and manage your responsibilities to ensure quality of work.
- Exceptional prioritization and project management skills.
- High level of detail-orientation and the ability to troubleshoot.
- Technical knowledge of Facebook Ads (pixel, custom audience, placements, optimization, bulk edit, etc) and best practices.
- Experience with reporting, tracking, and developing campaign insights.
- Must be proficient or advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- 1+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SQL preferred.
- Bachelors Degree in advertising, marketing or related field preferred.
- Meta Ads skills in executing large scale campaigns
- Ads technical skills in custom audience, pixel, conversion events, placements, video ads, url tracking.
- Project management skills to navigate through intake, execution, launch with clear communication even encountering ambiguity.
- 2-4 years of exp
- Strong Excel skills to manipulate data in spreadsheet for scaled campaign setup or modification.
- High level of detail-orientation and the ability to troubleshoot.
- Basic SQL skills
