Activision-Blizzard is looking for a passionate and diligent Associate Content Operations Specialist to support our games on the Battle.net platform. In this role, you'll work with internal and external partners to configure and deploy new products. The employee will support managing content updates on the Battle.net platform.
The ideal candidate is a meticulous individual who can think ahead and work independently. This person will work in a cross-functional environment to support campaigns from start to finish.
The Associate Content Operations Specialist should be highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about gaming.
Battle.net is the platform that facilitates togetherness, connection, and belonging for Blizzard and Activision players. Connecting us no matter who is on the other side - adversaries or allies - for the challenge, the excitement, and the epic shared experience.
This role is anticipated to be a hybrid work position, with 3 days on-site and 2 days work-from-home/remote. The home studio for this role is Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities:
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy products on the Battle.net Shop
  • Implement copy and localization on the Battle.net Shop product pages and banners
  • Implement product price changes during sales
  • Implement daily editorial and engagement updates and sale promotions on the Battle.net app in all supported languages
  • Implement Blizzard.com promotional updates
  • Implement Battle.net blogs and patch notes
  • Advise and provide feedback on backend changes and tools updates
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School education or GED Equivalent, and 1+ years experience in Digital Commerce
  • 1+ years' experience working in Content Operations or digital supply chains
  • 1+ years' experience with product implementation and reconfiguration
  • 1+ years' experience leading and updating shop content and campaigns under the direction of management
  • 1+ years' experience gathering and aligning vital resources against a schedule, especially under tight deadlines and changing project demands
  • 1+ years' experience building key relationships, gaining partnership, and reducing tension among team members and impacted departments
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Can-do mindset and a customer service mentality
Extra Points:
  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years experience in Digital Commerce
  • Familiarity with the following tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Analytics, Microsoft Planner, Wrike, SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Contentstack
  • Experience working in a global environment

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $21.63 - $40.02 Hourly. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
