Ultimate Staffing is seeking a creative, experienced Marketing Operations Specialist for a biotechnology company in the South St. Louis County area that specializes in the early discovery process in life science research, in vitro diagnostics, and groundbreaking pharmaceutical research. The ideal candidate will be someone who loves to "geek-out" on scientific content, data management, SEO and enhancing customer engagement/experience, has a minimum of 2 years' experience in HubSpot CRM environment (Or Similar System), a Bachelor's degree in Marketing (or similar discipline) or adequate experience, and has experience with campaign development and execution, sales support and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Job Title: Marketing Operations Specialist
Comp: $55-65K depending on experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri Days- 8 hour shift
Location: Fenton, MO (On-Site)
Status: Direct hire
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate all marketing activities, including writing copy for marketing materials, managing social media accounts, creating ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Pinterest.
· Manages day-to-day execution of: HubSpot CRM, company products and pricing with 3rd party channels.
· Drives awareness and interest - Uses a targeted campaign approach to achieve the business targets.
· Collaborates with Product Management to deliver engaging content/insights that will resonate with the target audience's pain points and will be used by Sales and Marketing.
· Manages the editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
· Optimizes content considering SEO and Google Analytics
· Lead generation and metrics - Collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams to track campaigns; measures ROI and analyzes data to define improvements and next steps.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field or equivalent experience in a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Prefer three (3) or more years of life sciences marketing management experience and/or related campaign development
· 2-3 years' experience in HubSpot CRM or Similar
· Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
· Proven ability in handling concurrent projects with attention to detail and accuracy
· Self-motivated, enjoys continuous learning and customer-focused
· Strong history of collaboration with the commercial teams and cross-functional team leadership
Skills:
· Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects concurrently.
· Customer understanding, influencing, prioritization and change management skills.
· Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
· Knowledge of biology or biochemistry
· Limited travel is required.
