Marketing Manager

Q1Media is looking for a hardworking, ambitious Marketing Manager to assist with our company/ sales and operations teams' marketing initiatives.  Strong organizational skills, knowledge of various marketing techniques and platforms, and a desire to help grow a company are key areas we’re looking for.  Knowledge in Digital Media and experience with copy writing, event planning and various social platforms is a plus.

• Position: Marketing Manager, Full Time
• Location: Austin, TX – Hybrid
• Hours: 9am-6pm (flexible)
• Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, potential bonuses and incentives, medical and dental benefits (no qualifying period), 401k

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure successful delivery of Marketing projects aligned with Marketing business objectives and goals
• Brand Management: creating and positioning the company brand and messaging effectively and consistently across all platforms, materials, and marketing communications, ensuring that branding reflects Q1Media’s mission, values and culture.
• Creative Strategy & Planning: develop and oversee content strategy and messaging for mass-marketing projects including ad campaigns, email marketing, social media posts, internal website and various ongoing sales/operations supporting material
• Advertising Management: responsible for the design, optimization and execution of paid ad campaigns to drive leads for both Sales & Recruiting departments to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
• Graphic Design & Copywriting: Designing visuals and crafting messaging for all marketing projects including ad campaigns, social media posts, email marketing, website needs, and sales/ops materials
• Website Development and Management: manage and maintain front-end functions of the company website including design, updated content, lead generation and visitor analytics.
• Collaborate with Training + Development team to execute and deliver Sales/Ops-related projects including case studies, one-sheeters, media kits, and training materials to elevate Q1Media Sales strategy and Sales/Ops development.
• Perform and present data analysis on marketing campaigns QoQ and YOY, identify weak areas and strengths, and develop necessary solutions to continually improve performance
• Prepare and present quarterly & annual marketing performance metrics to Senior Executive Leadership
• Manage company promotional merchandise, overseeing creative collaboration with vendors to develop and maintain an inventory of company swag
• Manage the needs of remote teams, delivering swag and materials as needed
• Oversee the logistics and coordination of conferences, producing necessary marketing collateral and shipping items/materials to conferences on-time

Job Requirements

• 5 + years of Marketing Coordinator or Management experience
• Familiar in marketing/creative platforms including HubSpot, Photoshop, and MailChimp, Canva, Wix
• Knowledge of the digital marketing industry preferred.
• Event planning required.
• Strong communication and strong presentation skills is a must.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven system for project management and tracking is required.
