Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness and generate leads. You will work closely with the Executive Director and our CMO to execute campaigns, analyze data, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing efforts.

Duties:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for digital and print materials
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to build brand loyalty
- Support product management by conducting competitive analysis and monitoring industry trends
- Coordinate advertising efforts, including media planning and buying
- Contribute to the development of sales collateral and promotional materials
- Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and conferences

Experience:
- Proven experience in marketing or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Experience in product management is a plus
- Understanding of advertising principles and best practices
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with content marketing techniques and platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
