MAIA is seeking a self-motivated team player to serve as a Marketing Coordinator. This position will be responsible for assisting with writing and developing marketing material for the associations products and services.

Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement marketing plans for MAIA products and services. These plans encompass marketing of conferences, education programs, insurance products, membership and others.
- Design and send marketing emails for association products and services.
- Assist with creation of materials for education and events.
- Maintain the MAIA website and ensure that it promotes current and accurate information.
- Maintain a social media marketing strategy with regular posts on various platforms.
- Administer education courses both in person and online.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Experience with Adobe Suite (specifically InDesign and Acrobat), Microsoft Office, Constant Contact and website editing a plus
