Cosmetic MedicalOffice Insurance Admin/Patient Coordinator - 2 Yrs Exp Req
- Front office position needed Full-Time or Part-Time for respected, established Vein and Cosmetic Laser and Surgery Center.
- Full-Time or Part-Time hours immediately available.
- Primary responsibility of this position is to professionally manage the patient experience, with personalized, friendly, compassionate service.
- This comprises welcoming all patients into the office, answering patient phone calls, scheduling of initial and follow-up appointments, ensuring proper paperwork is distributed and collected, maintenance of patient files and EMR records, and collection and processing of payments and balances due.
- Position also coordinates various marketing efforts/tracking with marketing director, and involves promoting a wide range of treatments and services.
- Additional responsibility is to process insurance verifications, pre-authorizations and pre-determinations when applicable.
- Most importantly, this position is the voice, and often the face, of the practice to all prospects and patients, so qualified candidates must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and exceptional patient interactions.
- Must be well organized and possess exceptional multi-tasking skills, excellent customer engagement skills, and proficient computer skills.
- Requires ability to prioritize tasks based on importance.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a cosmetic/aesthetic Medical Office environment is mandatory.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
