Position Summary:
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help design, coordinate, and support various marketing campaigns and initiatives of our company. They will assist the sales & marketing team with events, sales calls, marketing campaigns, and market research to meet deadlines and support company goals. They must be able to analyze customer purchasing behaviors, trends, and preferences, and design marketing campaigns to meet customer needs and increase brand awareness. This position will be involved with all aspects of sales and marketing. From marketing events and communication to sales events such as distributor ride withs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including sales, communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Create and implement marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Work with Sales & Marketing Manager on annual planning of marketing activity for our brands.
- Survey customer response and behavior to improve strategies further.
- Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
- Identify and study competitors and their performance in the market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and executives to implement strategies and track the progress of campaigns.
- Create reports on product performance and sale in the market.
- Analyze sales data of the products.
- Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the design team on marketing projects.
- Conduct activations and promotional activities.
- Participate in distributor ride with sales calls.
- Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating contact lists.
- Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in the industry.
- Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Position Qualifications:
Minimum:
- BS/BA Degree, Business or related field
- Experience working with Projects, schedules and timelines
- Proficient in Office 365
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Business or related fields
- Management Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
