Overview:
Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid work location Dallas / Remote)
Under direction of the Senior Manager of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the planning, production, coordination, and distribution of marketing communications projects. Includes building emails from existing templates, overseeing the development of print pieces with outside vendors, sending print pieces to be mailed and other ad-hoc marketing projects. This role coordinates the workflow and project timelines to have work produced by themselves and outside creative production staff for internal client projects on tight deadlines.
How you will make an impact:
- Develop and manage tailored (based upon templates) communication strategies and creative content for our clients.
- Work with internal clients to develop project timelines and ensure clients provide materials and information within timelines for successful project completion.
- Conduct regular strategy meetings with the Client Success team.
- Perform online research to align marketing and branding with client profiles.
- Analyze previous marketing campaigns and report on their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Client Success team to understand new clients' goals for health events.
- Act as liaison between the Client Success team, vendors and other internal clients for consultation, content finalization and delivery of electronic materials for production.
- Lead discovery calls with clients to tailor marketing strategies.
- Design marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Create and manage email campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
- Track and report the performance of all marketing assets.
- Present results to clients and engage in strategic follow-ups.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating the work/feedback of others to meet delivery and quality objectives. Regularly review projects, exploring new and innovative procedures to improve final product and delivery.
Work environment and physical requirements:
Work is primarily performed in an office environment with a hybrid schedule after an initial work period. Work occasionally requires extended hours requires and extensive use of computer, keyboard and mouse.
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications (preferred).
- 1 year of recent and relevant marketing or digital service product promotion experience (this can involve internships and/or employment).
- Excellent communication (written and interpersonal) and copywriting skills.
- Benefits or health related industry marketing experience, preferred.
- Exposure to content management systems (CMS) and/or customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.
- Project coordination or management experience and time-management skills for juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and be flexible to changing situations/business needs.
