Responsibilities:

• Assist with goal setting, hands-on training, and evaluations for team members
• Provide excellent problem resolutions to guests and team members
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the shop
• Oversee product orders for retail and shop supplies
• Connect with Cosmetology and Barber students to help with recruitment
• Lead by example by giving amazing customer service and being a team player
• Learn our computer system (training provided)

Qualifications:

• Must have an active Texas Barber or Cosmetology license
• Must have prior barbershop or salon management experience
• Must have 3 years of experience in the industry
• Must be able to perform all of the services on the Cowboy Up Men's Salon menu
• Must have full time availability with full schedule flexibility

Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• Men's Hair: 3 years (Required)
