Job Description:
The Client Coordinator at Acne Center of Houston delivers top-notch client-facing services and supports team members to ensure the center's success. You will understand the necessity of collaboration and working successfully in a team environment. We seek individuals who want to develop their careers and participate in our exciting growth.
Preference will be given to candidates currently pursuing an Esthetician License.
The role offers the opportunity to move into Jr. Acne Specialist after 6 months and candidate meeting promotion requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct clients and visitors
- Schedule appointments and enter appointment data into Square
- Register new patients and verify patient's information in Square
- Answer and route phone calls and respond to inquiries, direct caller to appropriate team member
- Conduct appointment confirmation calls to clients
- Collect payments
- Manage inventory - stock up shelves, report inventory status twice a month (1st and 15th), and receive incoming products from suppliers
- Ship online orders via UPS pickup
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the team lead or management
- Safeguard client information and confidentiality.
- Maintain a professional, clean appearance of self and center by wearing clean black scrubs.
Training will be provided for:
- Navigating and using Square for scheduling and rescheduling appointments, accepting payments
- Answering calls and addressing new client questions over the phone
- Processing in-person and online orders
Pay: $15/hr
Expectations:
- Complete Basic Acne Training
- Understand the Employee Handbook and pass the test
- Complete Onboarding and pass the test
- Complete Product Information Training and pass the test
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or completed Esthetician Licensing
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer-friendly outlook
