The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team to carry out marketing efforts for Brundage Management Company. The Marketing Coordinator will perform a broad range of marketing duties including creating marketing content articles or social media posts, manage digital agency partner projects, track the marketing budget across brands, and provide general support across the team and project
OVERVIEW
Primary activities consist of oversight of website content maintenance, email marketing, and social media project management and planning. Social media calendar planning and daily monitoring.
- Placing posts across all social platforms
- Update and maintain websites via Word Press
- Providing response to social and location review posts
- Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Preferred Experience.
The ideal candidate is a team player with a desire to learn about the business and understand the customer. The marketing candidate should also have a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. In addition to having exceptional communications skills, a positive attitude, and a professional and outgoing personality is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in digital advertising and social media best practices
- Knowledge of Google analytics, and SEO practices
- Experience in creation, copywriting and editing of digital and social content
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects to ensure meeting deadlines and deliverables
- Creative mindset and numbers oriented
- Proficiency in communications and content planning is a critical element of this position's duties, as well as content management, distribution, and communication strategy
Technology Experience.
- Email Marketing Software such as Marketo, MailChimp, Constant Contact
- CMS- Content Management System such as WordPress
- Social Media content calendars
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience writing including content, blogs, and social media posts and responses
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (skills and experience)
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
Experience: Marketing: 2 years (agency or client marketing department)
