As the part-time Remote Marketing Coordinator, you are a vital member of the team. The Marketing Coordinator supports business growth by assisting with processes, research and projects that enhance the firm’s reputation. They will assist with data management and support maintenance of internal marketing processes. The Marketing coordinator’s main objectives are to grow the organization’s acquisition of new clients and repeat business while advancing the organizational brand.
The Marketing Coordinator must maintain a professional demeanor, be emotionally intelligent and able to receive and give criticism as it pertains to the work.
Role Responsibilities
Data Management
- Update and maintain quality contact and lead information in firm CRM.
- Generates reports and dashboards.
- Identifies and reviews potential lists for marketing and prospecting.
- Enters and updates contact notes on behalf of Sales team.
- Develops prospect profiles for use by Sales Team.
- Conducts market research and identifies potential clients.
- Drafts social media copy and designs for Marketing team review.
- Supports social media engagement monitoring account and responding to comments and posts.
- Represents the company at events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Assists with drafting presentations, proposals and other materials as required.
- Consistently promotes and maintains a positive image of company brand.
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing and communications.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or fundraising.
- Understanding of the sales and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professional relationships.
- Must have a high level of emotional and professional aptitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively when required and manage up.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent research and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Expert technology skills proficiency with databases, data analytics and MS Office.
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to produce error free work products.
