Job Description – Marketing Coordinator(?)

Responsibilities

• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
• Manage all aspects of our marketing communications activities, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across various channels to include but not limited to company website, GBP, social media accounts, and PPC campaigns

·        Review management, Bird eye, GMB and YELP for all locations

·        Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market

• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and presentations both traditional or digital campaigns and facilitate their success
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/questionnaires.

·        Increase community presence.

·        Plan, prepare and execute events for both non-profit organizations and employee based

·        Research and build campaign solutions, including overall branding and creative

·        Work with digital marketing agency

·        Billboard vinyl replacement and renewal

·        Bus/bus stop vinyl replacement and renewal

·        Marketing item inventory to include monthly counts, item ordering, gift box/close bag disbursement

·        Other tasks as assigned.

Skills

• Proven experience in marketing
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
• Superb communication and people skills

Education

• High School diploma (required)
• BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field (preferred)
