We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the front concierge desk, coordinating office activities, and ensuring efficient and effective workflow. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience in office management and team supervision.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage all account receivables, payables, collections, and property management tasks
- Coordinate office activities, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and arranging transportation
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate administration
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks, such as payroll processing, onboarding, and expense tracking
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and other external parties
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives

- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of individuals
- Proven experience in office management, including knowledge of administrative processes and procedures
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent schedule management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Experience with supervising staff members and conducting performance evaluations
- Knowledge of payroll processing and budgeting principles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
