Immerse Agency is a full-service marketing agency that recently celebrated its ten-year anniversary. We are looking to add a Marketing Coordinatorwho can come support the various departments of the agency. This person will work closely with the PR and digital marketing teams, as well as support the Agency President and Account Director on needs for our clients.
We have expertise in both event and non-profit marketing. Our campaigns have driven over 20 million tickets sold to some of the largest and most highly attended events, attractions, and exhibitions in North America. We run marketing campaigns for many of the most esteemed attractions traveling the globe including professional sport, concerts, and family entertainment brands, as well as top Hollywood studio IPs. Additionally, our team has toured with many of the world's most valuable treasures including artifacts from King Tut’s tomb, relics preserved from Cleopatra’s royal palace, antiquities from Ramses the Great, items from the sinking of the Titanic, fossils of real dinosaurs, real pirate treasure, and many more of the most sought-after and thought-provoking historical items on the planet. We also work with regional and national non-profit organizations to bring attendance to their events, donations to their cause, and awareness to their mission through strategic and targeted digital marketing campaigns. Our team has fun, unique, high-profile projects nationwide, and we are continuing to add to this growing portfolio.
Our office is located in Canton, MA, under 45-minutes from both Boston and Providence, RI. We are in the office 4-days a week for team collaboration, and have a team work-from-home day on Thursdays, with some reasonable flexibility when additional work from home is needed.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Public Relations team to manage PR platforms that both distribute press releases and monitor press hits. This will include managing reporting platforms for our clients.
- Assist in a variety of client work including, but not limited to, writing social media ad copy, writing blogs, monitoring digital ad performance, and other tasks to keep our client campaigns running effectively and efficiently. We are looking for a strong writer.
- Digital filing and organization of client files through agency server, Dropbox, client portals, and the like.
- Be responsible for managing online portals for client creative process.
- Work directly with Media Buyer to perform market research for media buys, promotions, and other.
- Monthly metrics reporting, particularly from digital platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Monthly budgeting, invoice organization and reporting to clients, and bill-pay.
- Schedule and track meetings and appointments for Agency President.
- Work collaboratively with the team to communicate and execute clients’ goals.
- Interface professionally with clients and the Immerse Agency team.
- Support the office infrastructure with some administrative work (coordinate holiday party, handle client gifts, order office supplies…).
- Support the daily work that is needed to facilitate strong client relationships: ideation, execution, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing team or department. Multiple, meaningful internships will be accepted if first full-time marketing position.
- BA degree or more.
- Must possess excellent writing skills – a vital part of the position
- Exceptional computer skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Plans and carries out responsibilities.
- A willingness to self-teach new platforms and tactics
