The Town of Eastham is seeking dynamic and collaborative individuals for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the Community Development Department. This role offers the opportunity for growth within municipal government, providing hands-on experience in town planning, economic development, geographical information systems (GIS), strategic planning, and housing initiatives. The successful candidate will engage with town staff, committees, local businesses, and the community.
The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in public administration, economic development, Community Development, urban/regional planning, or a related field. Relevant experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Compensation ranges from $67,010 to $73,966.
