Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of survey projects including coordinating with internal teams, attending online client meetings, and Market Research report writing
- Program and distribute/email surveys in Qualtrics
- Knowledge of cross-tabulation software for segmentation analysis
- Basic interpretation of data to report research findings in a clear and concise manner to set-up reports in PowerPoint, Word, and/or Excel and data visualization tools
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Market Research
Experience:
- Basic experience in Market Research, data analytics, and marketing
- Familiarity with Market Research methodologies and techniques
- Data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create tables, charts, pivot tables, and other research reporting requirements
- Proficiency in cross-tabulation software such as WinCross or SPSS for data segmentation analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge with data visualization tools like Power BI for presenting research findings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
