Multimedia Developer / Videographer
Bring your great Multimedia and Videography skills to our Global Fortune 500 Tech Client at their gorgeous corporate campus in RTP/Morrisville NC!
You'll join a dynamic and innovative Product Education Team in a fast-paced environment, assisting in defining and employing appropriate multimedia-based strategies to deliver effective training solutions. This team is pushing the boundaries of multimedia in digital learning, and they're looking for someone who is excited about doing that with a creative team of experts in digital learning!
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree or higher in creative and multimedia arts & design, learning technologies, or related disciplines OR equivalent years of experience
Required Experience
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead creative efforts developing multimedia assets, working with your extended team project by project or collectively.
- You'll work closely with your team to: (1) determine the objectives of the eLearning content flow, functionality, and requirements and (2) discuss storyboards, scripts, or video requirements and (3) help project plan training material design and multimedia needed, and development
- Designs, develops, packages, and deploys multimedia-based training solutions to meet defined training requirements
- Experience in shooting videos in-person and in a studio environment, with extensive knowledge in lighting, audio setup, etc. is required
- Proven ability to design, develop, deliver, and deploy effective multimedia-based training solutions in various formats and across multiple modalities. This includes ability to storyboard, produce, edit, package, and deploy video projects.
- Proven ability to build eLearning courses using various authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate 365 products and other eLearning tools is desirable
- Extensive knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere CC 2015, Adobe After Effects CC 2015, Adobe Encoder CC 2015)
- Proven ability to work efficiently and successfully with internal clients and SMEs at all levels within the organization
- Extensive knowledge of audio editing software (Adobe Audition CC 2015, Audacity) with the ability to record professional narration in a sound booth environment
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and advanced graphic skills
- Proven ability using innovative formats like interactive video and mobile delivery
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems to deploy multimedia-based training solutions is desirable
- Proven ability to work efficiently and successfully with internal clients and SMEs at all levels within the organization
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Bachelor's degree or higher in creative and multimedia arts & design, learning technologies, or related disciplines OR equivalent years of experience
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience of designing, developing, and delivering multimedia-based assets in various formats and across multiple modalities with an emphasis on videography
- Post-degree work experience in a large (preferably global) corporate team environment with a technology company
- Portfolio of work will be required for resume to be considered.
- The interview process will require a demonstration of skills though the submission of a project.
