We are in search of a Instructional Designer for our Learning & Development Team. This role will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop, design and implement training programs; including both written and eLearning content. Analyze training needs and create engaging instructional content using various formats and technologies.

As a successful Instructional Designer, you will:

• Demonstrate leadership in attitude, communication skills, and professional appearance.  Exemplify adherence to company policies and procedures. 
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop, design and implement and maintain Onboarding Training program(s) for field and corporate positions.
• Analyze training needs of team members both at the corporate and field levels.
• Gather knowledge from SMEs to develop content for the creation of classroom instruction materials as well as one-on-one coaching programs and eLearning courses.
• Design, test and implement eLearning courses through the company’s Learning Management System.
• Coordinate and oversee eLearning initiatives using a Learning Management System via current technologies.
• Conduct both virtual and in-person training and facilitation with team members at all levels.
• Oversee project management of multiple training initiatives, providing status of projects, milestones, and completion dates.
• Provide status reports to senior level management of training deficiencies and knowledge gaps within the company offering solutions to identified problem areas.
• Focus on creating impactful and innovative learning solutions that align with organizational goals and drive employee development.
• Coordinate and communicate corporate meeting/training logistics while assisting in the preparation of the agenda and training topics.
• Update and maintain the RHP Manual’s as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 2-4 years in learning and development and/or instructional design.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
• Detail orientated and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to problem solve and be a self-starter.
• Ability to multitask and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline.
• Valid driver’s license and maintenance of a good driving record.
• The ability to travel between communities including occasional overnight travel, as needed.
