They support the market intelligence team by facilitating data collection, managing research logistics, and ensuring the smooth flow of information. - Pursuit Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, gather relevant project information, coordinate input from technical experts, and synthesize complex technical content into compelling and cohesive proposal narratives that effectively communicate the firm's capabilities and unique value proposition.
- Pursuit Tracking: Track pursuit deadlines in the tracking log.
- Pursuit Content: Update pursuit boiler library content.
- Marketing Content: Develop marketing collateral for qualifications, including project lists, resumes, firm profiles, brochures, references, and presentation materials.
- Presentations: Develop presentations for client meetings and team interviews.
- Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion: Ensure TEECOM has a diverse team for client pursuits.
- Market Intelligence: Data Collection and Management: Assist in gathering market data from various sources, such as research reports, industry databases, surveys, and internal data repositories. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of collected data and maintain organized databases or systems for easy retrieval and analysis.
- Research Support: Support the market intelligence team in planning and executing research studies and projects. This may involve assisting in survey design, coordinating data collection efforts, and managing research logistics.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Help summarize findings and assist in preparing reports or presentations for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

- Market Intelligence Tools and Systems: Assist in administrating market intelligence software, databases, and tools. This may involve data entry, user support, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate and build trust with cross-functional teams, such as Client Relations and Project Delivery, to understand their market intelligence needs and provide relevant support. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data or align market intelligence efforts with business objectives.

Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-3 years in a marketing position in the AEC industry
- Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience with Project Management Tools (Asana and GitHub a plus)
- Experience with Pursuit Development
