AddressHumanHire has partnered with a local company that works with many well known, large name brands across the country in search of a Client Service Coordinator.
We are seeking candidates with 3+ years of customer service experience to join our growing team!
- Position: Client Service Coordinator
- Location: Freeport, NY
- Pay: $21-23/hour (weekly pay)
- Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM/9AM-6PM (occasional rotating weekend shift and evening shift 2-3 times a month)
Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls to obtain work orders and document them into the computer system
- Place outbound phone calls to obtain pricing information for upcoming work orders
- Dispatch technicians to client sites
- Prepare reports on prospective vendors for senior management
- Negotiate prices based on company margins
- Add new vendors to active lists as contracts get signed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment required
- At least 1 year of telephone experience
- Computer & tech savvy, ability to type 40WPM
- Energetic, and willing & eager to learn!
