We are looking for a Marketing Associate for a 280-unit retirement community. The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing department must be a self-starter and team player.
Full time, 40 hours a week Tuesday thru Saturday. The Marketing Associate's responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
· Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department
· Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
· Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
- Daily follow up with current and perspective leads.
- Schedule and execute community tours for all prospects.
- Effectively execute move-in and move-out processes/procedures.
- Maintain open lines of communication with all community department heads to ensure smooth transition for new residents.
Skills
· Proven experience as a marketing assistant
· Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
· Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
· Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
· Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications
· Exquisite communication and people skills.
