Data Center Operator

REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

2. Ability to read and write

3. Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.

4. Ability to perform both operations and maintenance functions.

5. Written and verbal communication skills for multiple audiences.

6. High school diploma or equivalent required.

7. Valid Driver’s license required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor ASICs - respond to low hash rates, monitor temperature or weather impact, physically troubleshoot and take corrective actions

2. ASIC repair - replace defective units with repaired units, perform basic repairs, organize inventory, request and re order parts as needed, process RMAs with manufacturers

3. Start-up and Shutdown Activities - operate electrical distribution and cooling systems

4. Program ASICs - pool updates, firmware updates, password management etc

6. General maintenance - filter replacement, basic mechanical and electrical repairs

7. Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
