DESCRIPTION
Salary: $23 - $26/hour (dependent upon experience) + bonus opportunity
With a vision to be the first - and only – place people go to renovate their bathroom, we are in search of a passionate, highly-organized and innovative Marketing Coordinator to provide support for a driven marketing team. This position is in a growing, fast-moving, environment. Supporting the marketing director, you’ll be at the heart of driving marketing initiatives for a national franchise system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide marketing support to franchises by coordinating with vendors to manage and facilitate marketing collateral
- Monitor and manage marketing compliance to ensure a consistent customer message and experience is delivered across the network while ensuring minimum marketing spend is met by the franchises
- Manages marketing inbox by providing process guidance, responding to franchises, and routing to proper SME
- Review and approve social media content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Oversee community management on Reputation.com, including handling social messages, comments, and review routing
- Organize and maintain all marketing materials, data and reports, including materials and function of online marketplace, RB Market
- Route unassigned leads in a timely manner, and partner with digital team to identify and resolve issue
- Assemble analytic reports, including compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations
- Facilitate and help present training on marketing for new and existing franchisees
- Provide support with projects including video, printing and promotional items
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing department or advertising agency, ideally with exposure to both B2B and B2C sectors
- Experience in creative review, digital marketing, and social media
- Experience in a franchise environment is advantageous but not mandatory
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Proficient project management and follow-through skills to handle diverse marketing activities and projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with emerging marketing technologies
- Solid reporting, statistical analysis, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with managers, clients, and team members
