Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Market Development Representative (MDR). Individuals in this position are responsible for collaboration with Account Executives to develop account penetration plans across region, industry, and persona. This position is remote within North America.
- Develops Pipeline for the Sales team through an account based multi-channel strategy, engaging multiple personas across the account using our Smart Digital Reality (SDR) value proposition.
- Strategic engagement with your selected AE team in developing targeted account penetration plans, Stage 1 Nurture (S1N) plans, and collaboration across regional and/or global ADR functions to optimize opportunities for global account development opportunities.
- Interacts with prospects via telephone, email, and social with a high attention to detail.
- Consistently achieves pipeline and qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.
- Develops and executes on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts.
- Tracks all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce and SalesLoft
- Effectively communicates the value proposition and is able to react to objections and competitive questions.
- 1+ years of proven excellence in business development, inside sales and/or sales
- Consistently overachieving ADR quota
- Experience in SAAS sales development
- Experience using ADR engagement platforms like Salesloft/Outreach, Zoominfo, LinkedIn and Demandbase
- Strong understanding of ADR and lead development best practices and procedures
- Proven ability to perform successfully and self-motivated.
- 100% reliable and detail oriented. A drive to execute flawlessly.
- Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.
- Coachable and action oriented
Preferred
- Experience in engineering is strongly desired.
- Experience in enterprise SAAS sales development
- Experience using Salesforce strongly desired.
