Job Description:

Job Summary:

Seeking a hands-on technology leader to manage the full lifecycle of a new IT process automation platform, with a strong background in process engineering, software engineering, API management, and cloud services.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with legacy operations partners to optimize process models.

Design and develop a software product for automated request management and orchestrated process execution.

Enable orchestrated, automated task actions that encapsulate scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Shell, etc.

Manage integration, queuing of requests, task execution, and ensure security of all aspects of solutions.

Automate virtual machine provisioning and manage resource-management integrations.

Build and lead the product team, manage changes and versioning, and implement CI/CD pipelines.

Employ Agile methodology and identify opportunities for integrating next-generation technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in a similar role with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Strong software engineering skills with Microsoft development products and substantial experience with the Azure platform.

PowerShell expertise and the ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

The Compensation range for this role is 139,802.40 - 279,604.80 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
