The Supply Chain Manager leads a cross-functional planning process that helps to guide sales, Supply Chain, and manufacturing operations in support of revenue, cost, and margin targets. The Supply Chain Manager works closely with multi-functional teams to plan capacity and output, as well as working on continuous improvement projects to improve profitability.
Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM
The Role

• Provide process leadership and analytical support for the Sales and Operations Planning process
• Develop monthly absorption forecasting, as well as weekly update
• Reporting of key KPI's relating to the S&OP process to include OTD, backlog, customer temperature, and forecast accuracy.
• Drive process improvements, including process controls and tools as it relates to S&OP, Inventory accuracy, and Supply Chain process controls
• Provide support for ad-hoc requests related to plan execution
• Additional duties as assigned

The Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in S&OP process or related skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
• APICS CPIM Certification
• Six Sigma green belt or lean experience preferred
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning
• Individual may be required sit for extended periods. Specific vision requirements include reading of written documents and use of computer monitor screen frequently.
• Setting up office, desk and workstation for minimal ergonomic risk factors as deemed necessary.
• Sustained sitting at desk or workstation with use of phones, computers and any other office equipment required for specified position.
• Static stance/standing as required.
• File/Folder storage with non-repetitive light weight lifting, reaching and forward bending as necessary.
• Infrequent lifting overhead reaching less than or equal to 15 lbs. with the ability to potentially be able to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull 40 lbs.
