SUPPLY CHAIN ACCOUNT REP SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Account Representative will perform a variety of customer service and sales related duties.

SUPPLY CHAIN ACCOUNT REP DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares documentation and coordinates customer service needs with other functions as required.
• Serves as customer contact regarding such matters as pricing, scheduling, and shipping.
• May perform limited sales functions, including traveling and communicating with customers and suppliers.
• Work with the customers on issues relating to quality and performance of the material.
• Monitor inventory levels.
• Places orders and updates status on a regular basis and informs customer.
• Other duties as assigned.

SUPPLY CHAIN ACCOUNT REP EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIRED

The ideal Supply Chain Account Representative will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain Logistics or a related field; with 1 – 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
