Overview
This position is responsible for programs, system, and technical administration support for information technology solutions for Supply Chain functional groups and support for internal customers who use those solutions. The Associate Programs Coordinator will prepare and deliver training and helpdesk support for Supply Chain systems. The ideal candidate is well-organized and detail-focused.
Responsibilities
This position may be hired at the Associate, Coordinator, Senior Coordinator or Specialist level based on the successful candidate's background, education & experience. Additional responsibilities may be included for various levels of the position

  • Collaborate with information technology (IT) and quality assurance (QA) teams, to perform testing of Supply Chain Systems, including new tools, enhancements, patches, upgrades and new releases. Must be available for leading and supporting identified scope areas for implementation of new systems or changes.
  • Monitor the efficiency of the various automated ERP Supply Chain Systems to ensure the timely flow of work and resolve system issues as needed.
  • Maintain and provide documentation of individual system components including logging and documenting internal IT tickets and application vendor service requests.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between functional users and IT to improve Supply Chain transaction processing technology.
  • Assist with ERP module setups to match business requirements and processes.
  • Assist with monitoring, approving and providing user access for Supply Chain Systems as functional group lead. The functional group lead is required to complete module review access and recommend changes where appropriate.
  • Provide end user support by monitoring the Supply Chain support email and be responsive to client inquiries.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of technical and functional training materials.
  • Assist in providing user training both internal to the department and external to the user community.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, peers and departmental management in business matters inclusive of those with technical content. Blend technical and non-technical perspectives in verbal and written communications, focusing on the underlying business benefit and/or impact of proposed action.
  • Possess the willingness and aptitude to learn technical tools including Toad and SQL-Plus to develop reports to meet business needs.
  • Must be service minded and customer focused.
  • All other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate level
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and internal company experience on a year for year basis is required.
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Research and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Associate Preferred Qualifications
  • Possesses an innate curiosity and a strong desire to identify/solve business problems.
  • Supply Chain experience.
  • Experience working in an Oracle e-business suite and other similar ERP systems (INFOR, SAP, etc.).

Coordinator Level
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and internal company experience on a year for year basis is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain or IT with automated purchasing and material systems.
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Research and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Senior Coordinator level
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and internal company experience on a year for year basis is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' analytical/problem-solving experience in Supply Chain or IT with automated purchasing and material systems; OR a Master's Degree with a minimum of 3 years' analytical/problem-solving experience in Supply Chain or IT with automated purchasing and material systems.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel or other advanced statistical computer applications and proficiency in MS Suite (Access, PowerPoint, Project, and Word).
  • Strong analysis, research, and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Coordinator / Sr. Coordinator Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an Oracle e-business suite and other similar ERP systems (INFOR, SAP, etc.).
  • Experience in Supply Chain.
  • Possesses an innate curiosity and a strong desire to identify/solve business problems.
  • A successful academic or work background indicating a demonstrated ability to absorb information, apply conceptual skills in practical applications, and achieve desired results in a highly technical, operating environment. Incumbent effectively deals with the rapid technological and business change while maintaining enthusiasm and displaying sound judgment and common sense.
  • Experience in project or scope management of system implementation projects impacting business process and technology optimization.
  • Proficiency in defining appropriate approach to meet non-technical business objectives. Able to leverage a functional working knowledge of automated systems with an understanding of the business requirements.
  • Competence in the use of SQL-Plus, Visio SharePoint and other IT Tools. Proficiency in Word & Excel.
  • Knowledgeable of project management techniques.

Specialist level
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Data Analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and internal company experience on a year for year basis is required.
  • A minimum of 7 years' analytical/problem-solving experience in Supply Chain or IT with automated purchasing and material systems.
  • Journeyman to master level skills with data acquisition software (e.g., SQL) and the creation of complex spreadsheets and databases (e.g., in MS EXCEL and ACCESS).
  • Strong relationship building skills with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment where results matter.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and the ability to collaborate with people across functional lines.
  • Proven ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.
  • High degree of problem solving and decision-making, even in ambiguous situations. Ability to adapt to and drive change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Specialist Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an Oracle e-business suite and other similar ERP systems (INFOR, SAP, etc.)
  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT or a related area.
  • 5 years of program or project management experience with formal training in multiple program or project management knowledge areas.
  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement models.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
