Position Summary:
Assist with equipment purchases necessary to set up pizza shoppes, process equipment purchase orders, and track orders to ensure arrival at the appropriate destination/s. Tracks equipment quality issues and coordinates vendor support. Assists and supports network warehouse facilities' upkeep, performance, and services provided by facility vendors at the direction of the network engineer. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Major Responsibilities (Equipment):
- Assist with PWL & Hunt Advantage Group equipment orders, including expediting, tracking, order troubleshooting, and follow-up information to field team members.
- Coordinate Equipment Quality issue logging and follow up with the Vendor to ensure parts are overnighted if needed and provide follow-up information to field team members.
- Coordinate Distributor billing of equipment purchases.
- Ensure the accuracy of the Bill of Lading with invoices and other associated paperwork.
- Coordinate with District Managers and Account Managers on lease applications and issues.
- Prepare Equipment Lists and invoices for all lease companies.
- Prepare an Equipment Tracking Report for the sales report.
- Reconcile month-end inventory of equipment.
- Other duties as needed.
Major Responsibilities (Facility Repairs):
- Coordinates work order submissions with network engineer for vendor assignment.
- Coordinates vendor repairs with the district manager to ensure schedule availability.
- Orders parts, schedules services, and maintains required documents.
- Updates Salesforce on repair progress and completion.
- Processes all vendor and facility expenses.
- Ensures warehouse cleanliness annually.
- Provides network engineer and VP of Supply Chain with monthly status reports.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrated customer service ability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills preferred.
- Salesforce training and proficiency are required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Licenses, certification, or registrations required for this position:
- Valid operator’s license.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift 65 lbs.
