Fulfillment and Warehouse Supervisor

Derby Supply Chain Solutions is a third party logistics company. We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Supervisor in a small warehouse operation for our location in Watterson Park area.

We are seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee day to day operations and promote a safe and productive work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversees shift operation for a small warehousing, packaging, and distribution operation.
• Prioritizes work for self and employees based on work orders and customer needs.
• Notifies maintenance of equipment issues.
• Reviews inbound paperwork to verify accuracy.
• Verifies that pre checks are being completed by operators of equipment and that equipment is in good repair.
• Use RF scanner and Navision software for warehousing location management.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervise all employees within Fulfillment/Warehouse operation.
• Train and develop associates.
• Verifies employee timecards to ensure accuracy for payroll purposes.
• Maintains a safe working environment for employees.

Qualifications

• Three years of previous management experience is preferred.
• One year of forklift experience required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
