The Saviynt Finance team is looking to add a Manager, Revenue Operations. In this role, you'll help drive strategic alignment throughout all the revenue-driving functions - sales, marketing, finance, operations, renewals, and customer success - across the entire customer lifecycle, to drive uninhibited growth and exceptional customer experience. This is an ideal role for a master collaborator with a passion for working with revenue teams and their leaders to clearly identify trends, communicate process changes, and continuously identify and implement improvements. #LI-Remote
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline end-to-end lead to cash processes and drive efficiency in the B2B Enterprise SaaS market
- Manage and optimize the utilization of Salesforce CRM and other revenue-related technologies to ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management
- Assist in sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accuracy and identify trends to help optimize pipeline management, conversion, and velocity
- Assist in territory planning to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities to continuously optimize
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall revenue performance, including pricing strategy, deal structures, and contract management
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support of the customer especially around renewals
- Develop and maintain detailed revenue analytics and reporting, providing actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in B2B Enterprise SaaS Revenue Operations
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance/related filed or an equivalent experience
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role within a high growth B2B Enterprise SaaS company
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM and other revenue-related technologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with integrations, particularly from Salesforce to NetSuite via Microsoft Azure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving process improvements
- Familiarity with B2B Enterprise SaaS sales processes
