As the Senior Revenue Operations Manager at LogicManager, you’ll lead the heart of our operations, employing the latest data analytics technology to forecast and measure the key aspects of our go-to-market model. This role is hands-on by someone who learns by doing and will lead the day-to-day management of the DealDesk reporting to the VP of RevOps and Marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Deal Oversight & Pricing Policy: Drive pricing analysis, discounting thresholds, and performance variances within the quoting and proposal generation processes for new and renewal business.
  • Deal Terms & Guidelines for Negotiations: Drive adherence to LM terms for new and renewal contracts, lead contract negotiations for deals within approved thresholds, and establish tools to streamline approval on special terms. Lead efficient due diligence process.
  • DealHub CPQ: Define and update business rules to match guided selling and pricing policy and procedures and product updates in DealHub CPQ. Analyze win/loss patterns, and deal data, (discounting percent versus win/loss, cycle time durations, average deal size, product solution, and product family for correlations) and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with new and renewal orders. Approve or escalate deviations from standard pricing within the appropriate authority level.
  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Propose innovative methods to enhance forecasting methodologies, and provide data-driven recommendations for pricing, licensing, contracting, and compliance. Document and analyze Revenue Operations processes & workflows (following new and renewal customer journeys) and drive continuous process improvements.
  • New and Renewal Revenue Forecasting and Analysis: Collaborate closely with the Customer Success and Customer Advocacy teams to monitor revenue goals, drive new and renewal account forecasting, monitor adherence to company policies in managing customer accounts, analyze licensing deviations, track the impact of go-to-market programs, and escalate forecasting insights.

About You And What Skills You'll Need

  • Experience: 7+ years experience in Revenue Operations, sales operations, or related roles within a B2B SaaS company, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Core Competencies: Creative and analytical thinker with robust problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions, meeting deadlines, and successfully driving projects to completion.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in sales and marketing technologies like Dealhub CPQ, Hubspot, Gong.io, and analytics/BI, data and intelligence tools like Domo.
