This position is located in the Facility Management Branch, Four Corners Regional Health Center, in Red Mesa, AZ. Shiprock Service Unit. The purpose of the position is to provide a full range of planning, supervision, and coordination for the service unit's building and grounds maintenance and repair work within and throughout the health center, support buildings, housing units. Incumbent reports to the Supervisor General Engineer or designee.Qualifications:To qualify for this position, your resume must state sufficient experience and/or education, to perform the duties of the specific position for which you are applying.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A specific length of training and experience is not required, but you must show evidence of training or experience of sufficient scope and quality of your ability to do the work of this position. Evidence which demonstrates you possess the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the duties of this position must be supported by detailed descriptions of such on your resume. - Your background must demonstrate experience in a variety of maintenance and trade-related fields such as carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and other skilled/unskilled work.
