IST Management Services is seeking an energetic & dynamic individual with a passion to serve others to join our amazing team as a Mail Operations Customer Service Associate. This position is located in Kingwood, TX and will consist of various mail related tasks, including shipping & receiving, delivery and processing of inbound/outbound mail & packages, heavy lifting, etc, all performed within a corporate working environment. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented & process driven with a background and focus in Customer Service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career!

The Mail Operations Customer Service Associate position will perform various mail related tasks including shipping & receiving, delivery and processing of inbound/outbound mail & packages, heavy lifting, and etc. Additional responsibilities include:
- Sorting and distribution of incoming / outgoing mail
- Processing inbound and outbound shipments for delivery
- Operating mail and duplicating equipment
- Metering outbound postal mail
- Handling time-sentative material, confidential, urgent packages
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Taking direction from Supervisor or Manager
The qualifications for the Mail Operations Customer Service Associate position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background and focus in Customer Service and willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career. Additional qualifications include:
- A valid and current Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Lifting up to 50 lbs with aid
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
