Mail Inserter Operator

Phoenix based print and mail company is looking for positive minded, customer focused, qualified applicants to fill the position of a mailroom Inserter Operator. Should have experience with running a 6-station intelligent inserter or comparable mechanical skills. Past experience with working in a fast-paced mail shop is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Requires a quality minded applicant who is able to meet daily production mailing requirements with speed and accuracy. Good math skills required. Additional skills that will promote growth opportunities include warehouse experience or experience with operating a high-speed laser printer, high speed digital printer, a Baum folder. Full time position with benefits, 6:30 am to 2:30 p.m. shift, or 7:00 to 3:00 pm, M-F. Some overtime required throughout the month. Requires the passing of a drug test and background checks. Responsibilities and Duties

Operate a 6 station intelligent inserter daily and perform Q.C. checks on each job, thoroughly. Balancing daily job paperwork, piece counts and able to apply and balance postage usage on each job. Accuracy, quality and efficiency a must.
