Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Your role will shift and change as you move throughout your day. You will handle all administrative responsibilities, and manage the database, listings, disclosures, marketing, and social media. You are involved in every aspect of the business.
Job responsibilities include:
- Executing listing processes; from scheduling listing appointments to completing administrative tasks until a deal is accepted
- Preparing, arranging, and overseeing necessary details for photography and staging appointments and showings
- Keeping Matt on schedule and guaranteeing he is adequately prepared ahead of time
- Facilitating the success of the business by providing remarkable customer service with the utmost care and consideration
- Providing Executive Assistant support, including project management and communication via email and calendar activities
- Bringing your operations genius to document, improve and create systems to bring the business to the next level
- Two to three years of experience in Real Estate or related field
- At least three years experience in an executive-level administrative position, particularly supporting a Real Estate agent or team, is required
- Local area knowledge is a must
- This role is based in an office, so having reliable transportation and living within a 30-minute commute is a must
- A Real Estate license and/or college degree are both advantageous but not essential (obtaining a Real Estate license is expected after hiring)
- You must possess proficiency in the following Mac, Apple Mail, Apple Calendar, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, database management, and social media
